Accountant- Oilfield Services-Dubai

A leading Services company for the Oil and Gas industry is looking for an experienced Accountant.

The Accountant is responsible for the fiscal and monetary management functions in their area and provide accurate and timely general accounting to analyse financial information and prepare financila reports.

The role requires an Algerian National as the role involves up to 5 days travel to Algeria per month to perform accounting duties in their office in Algeria.

Responsibilities:

Compare and analyse financial information to prepare entries to accounts such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions.

Performs statistical analyses to determine trends, estimates and significant changes

Analyse financial information detailing assets, liabilities and capital and prepares current and projected company position

Reviews investigates and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries documnets and reports.

Installs, modifies documents and coordinates implementation of accounting systems and accounting control procedures.

The ideal candidate is as follows:

BA in Accounting or Finance
CPA, CPM, CA
5 years accounting experience
Forecasting and Budget
Algerian National
Willingness to travel
