1. Overall Job Purpose Role
  • This role is responsible for building up the business through gaining new customers and accounts in the ME region.
  • Demand Creation for Solutions to End User, Consultants, Contractors Identifying key decision makers among the Customer and proposing products and Solutions Having through understanding about the customer decision making process Planning and preparing presentations Establishing and maintaining working relationships with Consultants Communicating new product developments to prospective clients ConsultantsContractors Administering accounts and writing reports
  • Providing market feedback. Developing relations with Key customers (end -users from corporate, ministries, contractors and consultants) Maintaining competitive edge by introducing product solutions that meet customer Actively work as a team member with the Channel sales department peers and the rest of the organization.
2. Key Activities and Responsibilities
  • Identifying and Understanding the needs of the customer and proposing Solutions which meet their requirement
  • Build relationship with End Users from Corporate, Ministries, Contractors and Consultants
  • Develop a good level of understanding of the breadth of experience so that we can offer the widest possible range of services on each opportunity.
  • Address the challenges of developing broad based solutions working across the primary language area in close co-operation with the Pre-Sales, Product Marketing and Professional Services. They will need to translate customer requirements into solutions by drawing upon skills across all of as well as establishing new partnerships outside
  • Comfort with a wide range of technologies. This is not a deeply technical role, but the ideal candidate will be able to appreciate the impact which key technologies will have on our customers business.
  • Since much of this role will involve liaising with other people within and outside, a broad-minded, culturally aware and persuasive individual who is a strong team player will be necessary.
  • Make regular visits to end-users throughout the assigned territory to gain first hand knowledge of the local market situation and problems and to propose the right solutions.
  • Keep up-to-date with the products and solutions offered by the company.
3. Key Relationships and Contacts Internal
  • Working with other departments within the PSMEA and other Organizations
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Pre Sales, Channel Sales

4.Qualifications Graduation (Bachelors Degree) IT 5. Specialist KnowledgeSkills
  • Ability to handle customers effectively and in a sensitive way
  • Exposure to multicultural environments
  • Good business judgment with strong profit motivation
  • Good working knowledge and understanding of the business practices in the Middle East.
  • A strong commercial mindset
  • Willingness to operate well outside traditional comfort zones (This role requires an individual who can couple confidence with credibility.)
  • Experience in developing business opportunities from concept to delivery
  • Good communication and negotiating skills.
  • Knowledge and exposure to networking systems and solutions
  • Good planning and organizing skills.
  • Over 5 year experience handling Key accounts.
