Our client is one of the global leaders in unified communications solutions is currently seeking to recruit Channel / Sales Account Manager to be based in Dubai You will lead a sales team of channel and distribution account managers. You will assign sales territories e.g. partners, reseller or distributors, sets goals, and establishes training programs for the sales team. Head of Indirect Channel / Distribution/ Indirect Channel Management also advises the sales team on ways to improve sales performance, achieve goals and meet or exceed expected quotas. Develops, defines and implements the company's Partner & Channel Sales strategy in the assigned area. You will be responsible for business operations and processes in her/his sales area. Main Responsibilities
  • Increase business volume in assigned division and increase the share of wallet of the assigned Distributors & Resellers
  • Responsible for leading and managing a sales team selling the complete portfolio of company’s solutions through Distributors & Resellers
  • Responsible for implementation of company’s Partner & Channel sales strategy in short/midterm planning
  • Responsible of the overall financial & strategic goals set for the divisions and the assigned division
  • Increases business volume in assigned territories & market/customer penetration
  • Drives relationship building and supporting sales team in company’s internal relations and to coach to establish and permanently enhance relationships to all relevant levels of decision-makers at the customer side.
  • To monitor, to review and continuously improve partner management
  • Processes to ensure the overall financial & strategic goals
  • Develop high-performance channel sales organization
  • Fluent Arabic desirable but not essential
  • Preferably a candidate from an enterprise solutions VOICE platform background.
