THE OVERALL PURPOSE To develop and maintain client relationships by handling strategic and complex relationships, in order to improve the profitability and quality of the asset base. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Proactively executes integrated sales, service and relationship strategies to support growth and retention of business customers
  • Ensure that the organization||s activities are carried out in accordance with all regulatory, legal, and governmental regulations.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to Relationship Managers to ensure their credit proposals adequately address all relevant risk factors and meet minimum acceptable standards.
  • Should be able to develop new profitable relationships to add to the bank’s revenue stream and successfully maintain/develop these key relationships.
  • Identify and analyze market opportunities / trends in order to recommend suitable strategies to maximize profits.
  • Manage, lead, train and motivate subordinates to maintain high standards of professionalism and technical competence.
  • Meet target budgets for new client relationships for the Corporate function, in accordance with the banks overall corporate budget and strategy.
