Customer Relationship Officer

We are looking for Customer Relationship Officers to join a bank in Qatar, the world’s fastest growing economy. You will be expected to develop relationships with customers whilst providing a professional service to add value to their banking portfolio. It will be required that you increase the customer database and revenue by marketing the bank’s products and services through direct and cross selling.

Your key roles will be;

• Updating customer profiles, through implementing KYC principles
• Identify what the customer needs and provide solutions with the bank’s products and services
• Handle customer requests/inquiries related to their accounts, products and services.
• Provide quality service to clients and ensure their needs are fulfilled
• Achieve your sales targets as well as service targets
• Assist clients in switching over to alternative channels
• Ensure that banks marketing materials are up to date and in an attractive position
• Adhere to branch manager requests
• Ensure minimal customer complaints

Basic Requirements;

• Bachelor’s Degree (business administration or finance)
• Minimum 3 years banking or finance
• Minimum level 3 in English according to AB classification
• Sales and Services knowledge and capabilities
• GCC Nationals ONLY
