My client is international EPC Oil and Gas Company and they are looking for a Discipline Manager in HSE Design to join their Sharjah, UAE office.
This role will be joining a team of 55 in the HSE Design team and will be reporting to the head of HSE Design.
This role is heavily involved in supervising proposals and projects, provide leadership and enhance self-esteem in the HSE Design team members. Furthermore, candidates are expected to provide key managerial and administrative support for key departments and give direction to team members to achieve objectives.
Candidates need to have a minimum of 20 years of experience in HSE Design within an international EPC company and a 4 years Bachelors degree in Engineering.
