The incumbent will be responsible for teh following:
- Directing, coordinating, maintaining, and controlling an accounting system that properly reflects the financial position of the Company.
- Monitor the Department policies and procedures and recommend improvements, consult with the Senior Management team, participate in establishing and implementing major goals and objectives, and serve as a resource in all aspects of accounting.
- Ensure accurate internal and external recording and reporting of financial transaction.
- Oversee budgeting, general ledge, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, fixed asset management, etc.
- Ensure that accounting activities are in accordance with established legal, regulatory, and Company procedures
- Assign, direct, and appraise accounting staff.

To qualify you must posses the following:
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in accounting, business, or a related field
- CPA preferred
- Five or more years of high level construction related accounting experience
- Three or more years of supervisory experience
