My client is operating worldwide and is expanding oil and gas upstream activities worldwide. Due to the rapid expansion, an opportunity for a Geologist has arisen.
The candidate must have exposure to geological modelling and be able to confidently build detailed static reservoir geological models. They require to have a BSc in Geology or in a relevant discipline. At least 10 years experience in Clastics and/or Carbonates reservoir geology with involvement in exploration, appraisal and field development activities. They need to be proficient in geological interpretation PC based software such as Petrel, Landmark and Kingdom Suite.
It would be advantageous for the candidate to have exposure to US, Middle East and Europe. The candidate will be based in the Dubai office but will be required to visit the worldwide locations on a regular basis. There are fantastic development opportunities due to aggressive expansion to several locations around the world and opportunities to mentor junior scientists to enhance career progression.
