This role will have responsibility for the overall management of the debt capital markets arm of the global markets group, overseeing a team of Portfolio Managers in both the international and GCC markets, managing both proprietary funds and third party accounts.
The division will be responsible for expanding assets under management and optimising returns on the existing proprietary portfolios over a wide range of debt instruments both internationally and within the GCC. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to manage a team of professionals, whilst overseeing the ongoing implementation of the business model and the professional development of the team. They will also determine investment strategy within overall internal compliance guidelines based upon market fundamentals, credit and investment selection.

The client will envisage hiring an individual whose experience spans a broad range of debt instruments and derivatives within the asset management environments with exposure to credit risk management, client reporting and product development.
