An excellent opportunity has arisen in Abu Dhabi for a Project Coordinator. This involves IT procurement, logistics, operations and the day-to-day management of various IT related projects.
The role is to plan and proactively manage the entire project management process of fulfilling an IT project contract from initiation to closing cycle. You will ensure all purchase requests and purchase orders are validated and approved, follow the shipment up to clearance for distributors, and up to installation and application for affiliates, and manage projects according to roadmap including daily operational tasks. There will also be a level of administration ensuring project documentation is complete and stored appropriately.
