Materials/Shop Coordinator

Our client a global leader in solid expandable technology into the oil and gas industry requires a MaterialsShop Coordinator to be based in Saudi Arabia. You will be directly reporting to the General Manager Saudi Arabia and BahrainJob ResponsibilitiesInternal Communication focal point for warehouse matters Verifies and keeps records (Goods Movement Tickets, Packing Slips or Bill of Materials) on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment Performs equipment checks for potential Goods Movement Tickets as needed Receives materials which involvesUnloading the truck as well as verification of material and quantityNotifying supervisor and in-country manager of any discrepancies via email and receivingdiscrepancy reportUnpacking and examining incoming shipmentsChecking for damaged items, recording details on the freight bill and notifying supervisor andPurchasingSigning freight bill and packing slipDate stamping packing slipAccurately entering information into Company systemPlacing material into proper location and filing paperwork Scans shipping documents and enters them into file system designated for shipping and receiving Provides a weekly inventory update Liaises with Company agent and any other third party logistics personnel on equipment clearance and export procedures Ensures accurate importexport documents are in place Maintains and manages inventory and consumable workshop items Performs various housekeeping activities in store and workshop areas ensuring they meet company's HSSE rules and proceduresExternal Examines outgoing shipments to ensure compliance with Aramco material numbers, packaging and marking specifications Assists Project Manager to locate, prepare and document necessary materials for job load-outs Communicates with Aramco on equipment delivery to and from client's yard and reports any discrepancies to Operations to avoid delays Communicates with Aramco dispatcher on trucking information Ensures incoming materials are correct and delivered on time for the Project Manager to make preparations Follows up with the Aramco dispatcher to ensure company's equipment (gang boxes, baskets etc.) is returned to the Company's warehouse after each installation Works with the Aramco dispatcher and Project Manager to ensure Aramco owned equipment is returned to client's yard after each installationOther Expedites third party vendor invoices and payments Works with QAQC on filling small orders Organizes Magnetic Particle Inspection of equipment as required Carries out QAQC of equipment, baskets and slings in accordance with Aramco specification and color code Maintains accurate timesheets of shop hand personnel Manages and keeps record of workshop petty cash
