This role has regional reach and involves project management of recruitment, recruitment marketing activities and the Graduate Development Program. The role is highly visible to recruiters, Graduate Development Officers and HR. You will be part of the MENA Central Talent Team. It also relies on developing strong networks with external groups including universities, business schools and recruitment marketing avenues as well as our regional marketing community. The primary role is to continue to increase the quality of all interns and graduate hires; improve the presence and the reputation in the market and support the development of the new joiners in the first 2 to 3 years of their career. Essential Functions of the job
  • Coordinates cross-border graduate recruitment initiatives within the MENA region
  • Supports the graduate recruiters in the MENA offices in their graduate hiring program
  • Is responsible for delivering graduate and intern targets
  • Supports building anchor relationships with target universities and supports the MENA offices in their activities at and with universities
  • Is responsible for collateral development and leveraging social networks and tools, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc
  • Supports the firm||s strategy of promoting vacancies through other appropriate channels e.g. events, communities
  • Supporting the Graduate Development Officers (GDOs) by providing guidelines and information to successfully establish the Graduate Development Program in their office
  • Develop (internal) materials and best practices to support the Graduate Development Program
  • Support nationalization/localization and broader D&I objectives of the MENA offices
  • Oversee and manage the emerging talent recruitment budget
Reporting line
  • Dual reporting relationship to the MENA HR Director and the MENA Recruitment Leader
Requirements/competencies
  • University degree
  • Minimum of 4 years? experience in graduate recruitment
  • An understanding of recruitment best practice and methodology
  • Ability to understand and integrate cultural differences and motives to support and influence cross-cultural teams
  • Strong project management skills, ideally gained in an international context
  • Ability to work and team with a variety of different people including business customers, Area/Region/Country teams
  • Flexibility to adjust to variety demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in virtual team
  • Strong oral and written English language skills are required
