One of the regions largest banks are looking to expand their successful wealth management team by recruiting Arabic speaking Priority Bankers for their branches in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Acquisition of new client relationships from the Upper Affluent.
• Maintenance and growth of existing client relationships.
• Meeting Revenue targets for Assets, Liabilities, Investments and Insurance business.
• Achieve high levels of service standards and maximize client satisfaction.
• Compliance with UAE Central Bank and anti-money laundering regulations.
Requirements. Requirements• Relationship Managers require significant experience in client management in Affluent or Private Banking units. A minimum of 3 years’ work experience is required, demonstrating a strong track record of building client relationships and expanding portfolios.
• Strong affluent product and service knowledge will be expected, together with an understanding of the sales and advisory process.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes. Arabic preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership ability, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit.
