My client are looking for a Procurement Compliance Manager who will be responsible for Sourcing governance/compliance direction and performance within the Bank.
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree MBA desirable
- English, Arabic desirable
- Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, including in-depth understanding of indirect categories and processes
- Comfortable working with senior level stakeholders
- Ability to align with business strategy and engage Senior Management to reinforce the value of Procurement at NBAD
- Can operate in a Matrix, performance driven structure, able to lead cross-functional projects
- Hands on Management style, able to get involved as needed to offer support in group BU operations.
- Strong change agent, with the ability to make things happen, gain traction quickly and motivated by successful delivery
- First class communicator (verbal and written) and strong negotiator who can effectively manage relationships that are widely dispersed both functionally and geographically.
