The Role:


Due to further growth into the Middle Eastern market we are now looking to expand our team. We currently looking for experienced recruiters at all levels, from consultants to team managers, to join our team across the region. We are especially interested to hear from you if you are a recruiter with experience in full cycle recruitment within the Middle East (Agency side).


To be a successful recruiter with NSI, you'll need to be target driven but also have the aptitude to sell yourself and NSI's know-how to both clients and candidates. If you||ve also got charm, great communication skills and the get-up-and-go to enthuse others with what you can do for them, you||re likely to do well. We are looking for people who have the persistence and knowledge to build their business.

• Fluent written and spoken English is essential

• You must have a proven track record in a recruitment environment and be able to demonstrate you have successfully worked with targets. We are looking for people who have consistently smashed targets! Experience of recruitment in the Middle East is also highly desirable.
