THE OVERALL PURPOSE
- Act as principal point of contact in the Relationship Manager’s absence
- Monitor level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain own contacts with individuals
- Responsible for account opening or related requirements for existing/new clients
- Support the Relationship Manager in their day to day activities
- Provide effective day-to-day support and service to clients in assigned portfolio and establish strong relationships.
- Assist in preparing industry studies and data collection pertaining to the clients’ portfolio within the unit.
- Recommend appropriate credit facilities in line with the Relationship strategy taking into account potential earnings maximization and risk appetite.
