POSITION SALES MANAGER (Saudi Arabia) We are currently seeking highly motivated Self driven and experienced Sales Professional to join our Middle East Sales team as Sales Manager Saudi Arabia. Job Description SM (KSA) will be solely responsible for establishing presence in Saudi Arabia market and driving sales activities in this and any other designated geographies. SM should be able to penetrate prospect target accounts for new business as well as establish and work with partners in the territory. The SM must be comfortable selling Smart Cards, Payment Solutions and related technologies to Financial Institutions primarily Banks in Saudi Arabia Prior experience in financial solutions selling would be preferred. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager Middle East. This position shall be based in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities
  • Primarily Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing
  • Software hardware solutions services and products
  • Responsible for Annual Revenue Targets.
  • Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
  • Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects
  • Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentations
  • Provide account management to existing territory customers
  • Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports
  • Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads.
  • Responsible for co-ordination with the HQ RMEA teams for all technical, commercial, administrative and legal assistance.
Education and Experience
  • MBA or technical graduate degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of techno-sales experience preferably in Banking and Financial sector.
  • Solutions-selling experience in any one or all of the following areas hardware, software, or other
  • Strong leadership with contacts on C levels and influential skills is a must.
  • Developing customer relationships.
  • Understanding of broad range of technologies.
Technical Knowledge, Skills and Expertise
  • Must have both the sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead customer discussions to advance the sales process. Must have the ability to develop and work extensively at the executive level.
