A local Islamic bank is looking for a Sales Manager in Auto and Home finance. We are looking for an individual that is driven to achieve targets, meet deadlines and be responsible for a team, consisting of team leaders and direct sales agents. We need someone that is inherently skilled in sales and the tenacity to be a respected leader, someone that understands team work, people management and the needs of the customer. We need a forward thinker, who is able to take control of a situation, with solid time management skills. You will be expected to resource your own training material to put together in a presentation to your team to maximise the team’s sales skills and profitability to the bank.
It is essential that the following requirements are met:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years experience specifically in home finance
- A background in customer service and finance
- Fluent in English and Arabic (preferable)
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Power Point.
- A knowledge of Visio would be an added asset
- Skilled in not only developing presentations independently, but the ability to present to the team
- Personal integrity and self-management.
- Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills.
- Planning, organising and analytical ability.
