My client, a Premier Salesforce.com Partner, is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager - Salesforce.com to join their team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a hunter, focusing on new business development and will be responsible for business revenues.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for engaging with the clients and managing the sales cycle and the relationship
- Building and growing the volume of new client Salesforce.com engagements
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding established sales metrics and activities
- Responsible for client satisfaction through quality of interaction and performance of project teams.
- Creation of sales documents including Statements of Work and Term Sheets
- Growing revenue with existing clients through building trusted, long term relationships.
- Responsible for annual sales targets.
- Understanding of the cloud computing model
- 7-10 years of successful sales & business development experience
- Excellent business skills and a demonstrated track record of sound decision making leading to revenue growth.
- Will develop and execute a territory business plan with support from the management.
- Has a demonstrated track record of working and developing relationships virtually.
- Excellent written and presentation skills
- Experience selling Salesforce.com solutions/services into larger enterprises
- Will exceed a sales quota in the first 12 months through identification of sales and revenue opportunities with prospects and current customers.
