My client, a Premier Salesforce.com Partner is currently recruiting for a Salesforce Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will assist clients with the scoping, designing and the implementation of Salesforce.com and force.com based solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Working directly with end-users to gather system needs for successful delivery for roll-out of Salesforce.com.
- Take lead and use initiative to drive implementation forward.
- Lead meetings where necessary.
- Interact with all levels of the business to understand needs and priorities.
- Work with minimal direction and make decisions based on knowledge base to keep the project moving forward in-line with stakeholders vision.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Consultant within Salesforce.
- Worked on at least 5 large to medium size Salesforce implementation project.
- Have full understanding of force.com profile, reports, objects, data loader and workflows.
- Extensive knowledge of implementation and configuration of Salesforce.com CRM application.
- Salesforce.com certified
- Previously worked on implementations with 100 or more users.
- Technical background
