A major multinational manufacturer is looking for a Senior Account Executive to get their Oman operation running. At the moment my client has no full-time presence on the ground in Oman and they seek a senior candidate to help them grow in the market. Required is a candidate with 10 years of Software Sales experience and a depth of Oil and Gas Sector knowledge. Experience selling IT Solutions into the Oil and Gas Sector is essential. The position will be based from Oman, but report into the Gulf Country Manager based in Qatar. Candidates with experience working for major IT vendors are preferred, and Arabic speaking is a big plus for the Oman market. The package is based on a 60:40 split - 120,000 USD would include Basic, Housing and Transport allowances; 80,000 USD would be based on performance/sales.
