This dynamic and global developer is a market leader in the design of hotels and resorts. They have a requirement for a Senior Cost Controller who will grow with the company and offers a long term career.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the VP of Construction in the management, reporting and administration of all project costs. You will have at least ten years experience working on similar hotel and resorts projects, with extensive exposure to building and developing relations with contractors, designers and other team members. It is essential you have a relevant quantity surveying Degree with strong commercial experience.
