On behalf of my client I am seeking experienced professionals in the SME ( Business Banking ) field for the post Segment Manager - Business banking based in Kuwait.
Key job responsibilities are:
1.Identify key segments that should be targeted and managed
2.Research and understand the segments responsible for in terms of size, market share projected profitability to the bank, cross sell ratios, revenue generated as well as the behavior aspect such as needs and drivers.
3.Lay down a plan to attract and retain this segment in terms of :
- Advertising and marketing campaigns to carry out
- Build internal and external relationships to attract the segment
- Events to hold (both in branch as well as out of branch)
- Activities to do
- Market share
- Salary transfers
- Deposit growth
- Cards growth
