A global oil and gas company is currently seeking to recruit Supply Planning Executive. You will be reporting directly to the Supply Planning Manager
Purpose of role:
The key purpose of the role is to be the nerve centre for co-ordination of Supply Chain activities for ME, Pak and KSA, while executing production plans, managing forecast output and Inventory control and also ensuring availability of products In Full and On time.
Key Results/Accountabilities
- • Ensure Compliance to Company’s HSSE policy and Code of Conduct
- • Plan monthly FG production based on Forecast, ensure Production & Schedule adherence to production plan.
- • Measure and monitor performance thru Aggregate Planning, MRP, DRP, RCCP, MPS, Network Planning.
- • Plan and manage inventory of blended, imported & locally outsourced grades to ensure optimum stock availability, while contributing to better the Working Capital.
- • Contribute and be involved in weekly Demand Control with Business functions, as a process for streamlining and discussing issues in day-to-day operations.
- • Support in preparation of Supply Review packs monthly in liaison with Logistics, Procurement, Packaging, Finance, Marketing and Customer Services.
- • Provide feedback to regional team on forecast, SKU count, Inventory outlook, Working Capital, Aggregate planning and other micro-level KPIs for FG to work with one set of numbers.
- • Monitor the SLOB, SKUs End state portfolio for all businesses while reporting the same to business.
- • Build relationship for co-ordination and communication to ensure efficient integration with Production, Procurement, CF, Demand and other business functions.
- • Balance the working capital requirements and the service delivery targets
- • Work closely with virtual teams and 3rd party toll blenders to monitor the adherence to plan and escalate exceptions at the right time to enable quick decision making
- Graduate (preferable MBA).
- A professional qualification will be preferred.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Supply Planning.
- Analytical ability
- Team player with good communication skills
- Strong bias for action
- Well-versed in MS Office applications / JD Edwards.
