A leading Petrochemical company is looking for a Training and Career Development Advisor to join their extensive HR team. The role will be responsible for the following: Manage, control and ensure reliable and efficient processes and activities for Career Development and Training functions. Ensure effective development and performance improvement of the Saudi workforce through planning, organising, directing and budgetary monitoring of various activities such as, Technical Training, SHE Training, English Language, Computer Training, E-Learning, Management Supervisory Training, Career Development Programs, Proficiency Program and Professional Training consultations. The ideal candidate profile is as follows:
  • BS in Engineering or Business Administration
  • 12+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of industry best practise in Talent Management and Career Development.
  • Strong technical knowledge Refinery production operations and processes.
  • Strong knowledge of E-Learning Technologies and Applications.
  • Strong problem solving, decision making, interpersonal, communication skills & Presentations
