Training Specialist – Oil & Gas company wide remit

Job Backround:

Reporting to the Corporate Head of Training & Development, you willdesign and develop non-technical training programs for all business units for the oil & gas company. Thiswill include:-

•Evaluation of current training models
•Competency based skillsidentification
•Plan, organise and undertake new training programs
•Ensure employees are equipped withthe required skills and knowledge needed to maximise performance and production

Job requirements:

•Degree qualified with any specific relationship to Organisation Development, Education or Training
•At least eight years of experience related to the above
•CIPD or equivalent accredited
•Oil or Gas sector preferable
