Our client, a leading international Financial Services organisation is currently seeking to recruit a Wealth Manager
  • Able to use a relationship management approach to solicit HNW
  • Responsible for achieving and exceeding individual sales targets
  • Interact with HNW individuals on an equal footing and be able to understand client’s life style
  • Network and build relationships with high caliber prospects, including wealthy locals, senior business people, royal family etc
  • Schedule meetings with top prospects to sell the value proposition and be follow up/ contact point (by exception) for clients in the short term after the sale to ensure a robust start to the customer lifecycle management in support of billed business growth and profitability of new customers
  • Monitors and provide feedback on competitive activities whenever available
  • Ensure application quality through “right“ targeting and application completeness in accordance with internal policies and guidelines
  • Maximize cross selling
  • Continuously enhance performance standards on key sales parameters over time, through application of training and tactical guidance received
  • Ensures timely reporting and submission of daily and monthly sales reports
  • Articulately and confidently sell the features and benefits of the Premium products
  • Close sales effectively and quickly and ensure all relevant information is collected and sent for approval
Keys Skills and Experience:
  • Ability to successfully build highly engaged relationships and network with high value premium customers
  • Have a high quality existing contact network of possible prospects and extensive relationship network in the region
  • Knowledge of cultural protocols when dealing with high caliber prospects, including wealthy locals, senior business people, and royal family
  • Proven track record in selling & exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to converse in a professional manner & to communicate effectively in English and Arabic using a variety of mediums
  • Superior interpersonal skills coupled with excellent influencing and negotiating skills
  • Able to effectively identify business
  • Can demonstrate emotional intelligence in dealing with high value customers & in probing customer to determine key requirements in order to articulate product relevance
  • Will have extensive experience in sourcing & qualifying high caliber leads & managing a pipeline of prospects
  • Able to research & understand customers needs & plan strategically
  • Ability to drive customer loyalty by proactively maximizing on opportunities to develop customer’s emotional & rational brand affinity
  • Possess strong time & workload management skills including prioritizing and responding promptly to customer requests
  • The ideal candidate should have back background in selling high value or luxury items or managing a portfolio of HNWIs
  • Must be must be presentable & professional as well as being able to work effectively unsupervised
  • Ensures absolute discretion and confidentiality for all information on existing and prospective customers
