The Well Servicing Specialist (WSS) will be responsible for the safe and efficient implementation of well servicing operations including managing the well servicing rig crew and routine maintenance of rig equipments.
The Well Servicing Specialist responsibilities include but not limited to:
Managing the safety aspects of performing well servicing activity, including periodic audits of work processes, safety inspections of equipment, and maintenance of safety training program for rig crew members.
Managing mobilization of the rig and equipment from well to well, the rig up/down process, proper well control selection and operation, and safe completion of the various tasks associated with well servicing activity.
Actively participate in the RCFA (Rig Core Failure Analysis) process.
The ideal candidate profile is follows:
- Diploma with at least 7 years of experience in well servicing (OR) Secondary School certificate with at least 9 years of experience in well servicing.
- Experience as a Rig Manager of a Well Service Rig.
- Demonstrated ability to manage well servicing safety program.
- Knowledge of well servicing best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Experience with ESP’s, rod pump and progressive cavity pump artificial lift systems.
- Well Control certification
